Past Presidents of Rotary Club of
Charumati 2002-2008
The
Rotary Club Charumati and was chartered on 25th Dec 2002. The club found its
name from a famous stupa standing very prominently in the midst of the city:
Charumati Monastry Stupa in Chabahil, Kathmandu. Charumati was the daughter of
Emperor Ashoka the Great who had come on pilgrimage with her father and got
married to Devpal, a king of ancient Nepal. Since establishment, there have
been five presidents:
